A protein rich menu with delicious items such as Pork Indad - spicy, sweet and sour pork served with quintessential Mangalorean Sanna - fluffy rice cakes that so perfectly mop up the delicious thick curry of the Pork Indad. Also on the plate is black garbanzo/black chana cooked 'sukka' dry style garnished with plenty of slow roasted coconut. To balance the extra protein on the plate is fresh cucumber slices.
